To optimize the connection of electronic connections, ILME has developed the CSH Squich series of connectors, which distinguish themselves through their simple construction, both on the workbench and in the field. The CSH series (with spring-cage connection and locking elements) represents the continued advancement of the CSE series (with conventional spring-cage connection) and offers the following advantages:

Easy connection without tools, significant time savings compared to conventional twist or spring-cage connections, quick visual identification of unattached conductor contacts, connection of conductors to 2.5 mm² with or without ferrule, high vibration resistance, pre-wired.

Each contact chamber has its own separate locking element. When this locking key is depressed, the spring-cage terminal is closed, creating a reliable connection to the conductor. The locking elements are colored to contrast with the casting and are not depressed during feeding. After depressing the locking element, it is fully integrated into the body of the contact block.

The CSH squick connector series offers a simple, fast, and technically sophisticated connection. If a conductor needs to be disconnected, the locking element can be easily opened using a standard screwdriver (0.5 x 3.5 mm). To do this, insert the screwdriver into the opening of the locking element and press gently. This will release the key and terminal.

The CSH inserts are suitable for a wide range of applications from -40°C to +125°C and are available in various sizes.
